This gorgeous set is so classy! The material on the hips and chest is very stretchy so someone smaller than Madi or slightly larger could wear it. Madi’s chest is XS/S and her hips are 38”. The waistband is a thick elastic so I wouldn’t go too much bigger than her 27” waist. I would think up to a 30” waist would be comfortable.
